Technical Troubleshooting – GS-503

The device stopped working, what should I do?

Units usually stop working due to a batteries problem. Therefore, try to charge the unit 24 hours, using the adapter (The charging socket is located at the base of the top, where the stick connects).
If you performed the above step, and the machine still does not work, your unit is probably damaged. Please let us know to get warranty assistance.

The device does not hold charging or the batteries run out quickly, what should I do?

1.  Charge the unit, 24 hours, using the adapter.
Place the device in a place where it can receive direct sunlight for at least 8 hours a day, to keep the batteries charged.
2. If it is not possible for the device to receive direct sunlight for 8 hours a day – charge the unit 24 hours when the batteries run out.

If the batteries still run out quickly or in less than 7 days – the batteries are damaged and need to be replaced (rechargeable batteries only, preferably with a capacity of at least 2500 mA).
Basically, batteries are not covered under our warranty. But if your unit’s batteries are damaged, we’ll be happy to provide you with new batteries.

The LEDs light up, but the stick does not vibrate:

The unit should vibrate and distribute light once every minute, 5 seconds. If the device does not work please follow these instructions:
1. Charge the unit, 24 hours, using the adapter.
2.
Make sure the Connector between the stick and the top is secure and no damage.

If the stick still does not vibrate – the stick is damaged, and contact us for service under warranty, or purchase a new one in our store.

The device does not deter pests, what should I do?

1. Make sure the stick is stuck deep enough in the ground but remains 0.5 – 1 inch above the ground.

2. Make sure the unit receives direct sunlight for at least 8 hours.

3. Make sure the unit is operating properly at night, when there is no direct sunlight.

4. The most effective coverage area is about 8 ft, 2.5 m.

Moles would use navigators underground using machines and movements, the device creates artificial movements and the moles interpret it as a dangerous beam and sooner or later they leave, then place the device and let it work.
