1. Eligibility: is open only to those who owned GARDEN SECRETS item and who are at least 18+ years old at the time of entry.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of GARDEN SECRETS, as final and binding as it relates to the content.
3. How to Enter: share a photo or video of your story to GARDEN SECRETS’s Facebook or YouTube, or on the web-site where you made the purchase, and inform us by email: support@gardens-store.com
4. The value of your prize will be determined by meeting the requirements as specified, and at the sole discretion of GARDEN SECRETS. Entries that do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of GARDEN SECRETS. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of GARDEN SECRETS.

6. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by GARDEN SECRETS. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at GARDEN SECRETS’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable.
Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted.
